I want my money back

My name is Ntokozo. Last year in September I ordered a leather headboard from a shop called Urban homes at The Crescent Mall in Umhlanga. I was in contact with a guy called Irvin. We were emailing and phoning each other. I had to pay the deposit for the headboard but I paid the full amount. I waited for the delivery after 2 weeks but there was no delivery. I contacted the shop again at the end of October 2012, I spoke to Irvin again and adviced me that they were going to deliver my headboard at my home adress. I waited for delivery until mid November 2012. Still No delivery. When I contact their landline it not working, when i contact his cellphone, it has been off since November until now. In December I went to the shop and when I got to the Crescent the shop is no longer there and there was no sign of them. Nobody knows anything about the shop. Now i am so disappointed that i will never get my headboard ever again, BUT I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
