After 1 week my nails lifted like a sticke

I went for a full set of nails @ Bella's Beauty on Friday 13 December 2013. (I was told my nails and cuticles are dry). I did inform the salon that the East Rand Area nail salons is not good and that myself and a friend had a similar issue at a salon in Benoni...
After one week my nails lifted like I had sticker nails, I informed the salon, and requested a refund as R300 for nails for one week is pathetic! She refused as I am according to her the only client that has this problem and I get told I have oily nails, or I use hormonal medication and or I am on medication that could cause this.. I did tell her I do not use medication. To me the situation was handled very unprofessional and childish.
