UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND NON DELIVERY

Since May 2012, we have had endless problems with this company. Curtains have been going back and forth because of bad workmanship. Still waiting for them to be delivered - AND CORRECTLY SEWN! After numerous calls and visiting the company, the owners are never there. The sales person makes empty promises of delivering the curtains that had to be rectified, and nine months later, WE STILL WAITING. We have left messages on the business line, cell phone and yet to get a call! Our last communication was 30 Jan 13. We also went to their premises Dec 2012, only to find the black staff, not knowing what to do. We have also paid 75% of the bill. We still waiting for the balance of our curtains, and we where further told we did not supply enough material, after we personally delivered ALL fabric ourselves, and checked as per their dimensions and measurements. It has now come to the point we will take the matter further than "Hello Peter" should we not receive a response. I have never in my life encountered such unprofessional service! We have curtains hanging on the ground. We so fed up we have decided to get someone else to fix them. All additional costs becuase of their poor workmanship
