Incorrect headboard & inefficiency from staff

It all started when I purchased a headboard from Coricraft design quarter branch. After waiting 6 weeks for delivery the incorrect headboard and color was delivered to me. After calling back at the warehouse several times where delivery was made from I was put in touch with Fiona Gomell at the Coricraft head office. After our many telephonic discussions and after going back to Coricraft design quarter to clear up the confusion she sends the assessor to come assess the headboard. Few days after that I receive a call from her saying within 5 days the headboard will be picked up and I will be refunded but she still has the nerve to say they will -10% off the final amount. I refused as I had been highly inconvenienced after few emails lashing out at her she finally agrees to refund me total amount of headboard and the amount for master guarding the headboard. The headboard was picked up exactly 11 days ago- I still have not been refunded. I emailed Fiona two days ago asking why there's a delay and still haven't heard back from her. Pathetic service from Coricraft and clearly the staff working there are really inefficient. I will NEVER purchase from there again- bad customer service!
