Wajid was not interested in resolving the problem and my husband eventually got him to come out thinking that we are a new client. He arrived 2 hours late. Sohel also got the material at Chamdor Faktry Sales cut wrong. Curtains do not even close the windows properly. Curtains which should have been 2 drops were 4 drops and another window's 4 drops are only 2 drops. Indicated that they would shorten one set of curtains at no cost and eventually charged R300. Could have done it myself for free! Wajid is arrogant and does not even take calls pretending he is busy with other customers and that he cannot talk. Will not recommend them to anyone. Pity that Chamdor is associated with them.
