Poor workmanship and quality

I purchased 2 couches and 2 headboards from Coricraft at the Crescent in Umhlanga during last year. The first issue was the corifill on the couches were inconsistent and left the corners droopy. I asked the salesperson to arrange for this to be done but to date hasn't happened. The king size headboard I purchased is poorly made and the overall look is very untidy and one of the buttons have popped up. The other headboard seems to have been imported and is of good quality and workmanship. I prefer making purchases that benifit our local industry but poor workmanship is making me think twice.
