Pathetic service

My fault was logged with kwikot ref 166362 on the 18/12/2013 @2pm
More than 24 hours and no one has called me.
I have called since 7am today (over 20 calls) yet all the can tell me is someone is coming today. When asked to contact technician they can't get hold of him.

This is the worse service I have ever experienced
Tried calling now and it just rings
