I contact my Insurance Broker who contact the Insurance and who said due to the guarantee you as Kwikot are responsible and not the Insurance. I contact you branch in Stellenbosch who do the installation and no reaction and due you expect me to wait in the winter until a monday and when do you think the installation will be done.. Sorry you excuse is null and void, I am the customer and will now take further action...

I had a look at the situation, contacted Fogi and the Insurance and at no point did you contact or notify anybody about the geyser leaking. Not Kwikot or the Insurance or Fogi were notified about any claim submitted. In terms of our warranty T & C's your warranty is NULL & VOID as it clearly states that if any repairs or replacements were done without the authaurity of Kwikot, or not notifying Kwikot of the p
