Kwikot Giving an unreliable service

I have a huge problem on my hands, the gyser at my place is leaking and this was noticed on Monday morning by my wife. I then called my agent to report this proble who in turn called Kwikot to have this issue resolved. Now it's Wednessday and the problem is getting worse and worse as the water from the gyser is now becoming very big. The gyser is now at a stage where it's flooding the whole house because it has burst.

I called Kwikot to be told that they have dispached a technician called Lucky who is now nowhere to be found by the service consultant (Khosi) or even the technical service supervisor (Eddie). As I ams sending this complaint my house is a swiming pool since Monday. i am not prepared to live under such conditions anymore as I believe that three days is more than enough for a family to be living in such conditions. Can I ask that on your side to please try see if you can get any joy for me as I am not getting across in anyway.

The service that I am being given is really not acceptable in anyway and I want my problem to be resolved immediately today.
