I received a offer from Fonechoice for a tablet which i took up. It was deliverd by a courier when i reached home that evening and turned it on i saw that the screen was cracked i phoned but the office was closed and i left a urgent message to be contacted. next day i followed up because no one phoned back. Eventually 2 weeks ago the courier came to pick up the tablet. Today i followed up because i have not received feedback Fazile who assisted me informed me that i have to wait 4/6 weeks and complete a claim form. I have not even used the tablet and this was supposed to be a birthday give when i told him to cancel everything he said i should have done it in 14 working days this was conveniently not communicated and they can play the tape it is my right to cancel something if i'm not satisfied with the service he told me i am responsible for the acc and i do not even have the tablet in all my years of dealing with Homechoice & Finchoice this is how i'm being treated i demand that this tproblem be rectified because i'm not impressed with the treatment that i received especially the fact that i had to constantly follow up because i did not receive any feedback
