Want to return goods and cancel contract!!!

I have emailed Fonechoice and spoken to two Fonechoice representatives in the last month i received a tablet through them at first i didn't realize the camera was damaged but about 5 days after learning to use it i wanted to take a photo of my kids and the camera screen was green, the following week i had someone from Fonechoice contact me wanting to offer me a laptop i informed them of the problem with the tablet and the lady said that it was just a setting that needed to be set and then it would be fine they were going to send the courier to collect it within 4 -10 working days its been almost 3 weeks and to date no one has collected!!! shortly after this phone call i woke up one morning realising that my alarm hadn't gone off only to find that the tablet was no longer working it doesn't even switch on anymore all this in a month of having it so i had planned to call phone choice but in the meantime someone had contacted me again about the laptop i informed this gentleman about the problems i was having and he informed me that there was a fault logged and customer consultant will contact me, to date i still have the tablet and no one has contacted me, POOR SERVICE!!! VERY UNHAPPY
