DAMAGED TABLET BROUGHT TO ME AND NOT REPAIRED

Good Day, I bought a Tablet - Nebula Android in the month of October 2013. During the month, the tablet was full of faults. It was jamming and I couldn't connect to the camera. I made Fone choice aware of such. They told me that the driver will come collect the tablet within 7 days. They came after a month to collect it. I then gave them the tablet. The tablet was with Fone Choice for a period of three weeks. The tablet was then brought back to me. Instead of delivering it to me personally to the adress I gave them initially, a driver gave it to a colleague of mine to give to me. I didn't receive a call as to say they were coming to deliver the tablet. Nothing. I was away from work for a period of three days and on my arrival, I was furnished with the tablet. How strange as my colleague and I never debated that he will receive anything on my behalf. I tried to switch on the tablet, it was off and couldn't switch on. I went home and charged it. To my surprise, the tablet was not fixed at all. It couldn't connect to the camera and was literally jamming. I discovered that the plastic that was covering the tablet screen was removed. Now the driver is not coming to collect the tablet.
