Fonechoice
Contract Cancelled

I received a call from somebody from Fonechoice, it was a friday afternoon sometimes in March dis year 2013 telling me about the tablet that they are selling. I was interested on the tablet then on monday mrng when i got to work, I called Fonechoice canceling the contract, it was cancelled and apparently on dat day the tablet was delivered to me. I called them and dey sent sumbdy to collect it back from me. It was collected and I was surprised when my account was debited for about 3months by Fonechoice. I tried calling Fonechoice checking why are they debiting my account whilst this contract was cancelled, i was told that the tablet was being checked at their repairs dept.

Later, i was told that the tablet has a pad lock, the contract cannot be cancelled. I was surprised becoz i never used the tablet, then again later i was told that the contract cannot be cancelled becoz i did not call dem to cancel the contract. I feel that Fonechoice is trying to get an axcuse of this contract not to be cancellled. I called them again this mrng and was told that this contract cannot be cancelled. Im waiting for my refund of 3months and i want them to delete my contacts with them.
