Doesn't pay fo emergency work done on his request

One of his furniture removal trucks got stuck under an entrance to a security estates, after phoning him he told and instruct us to free the truck knowing well the extend of the work to be carried out because the structure was damaged. After many phone call, e-mails and promises he made to pay we haven't received any payment.
we have even contacted his insurance and the told me that he have been in contact regarding the issue. I have photos which as sent to him and the insurance. (Cuold be send to you as well if required, just need an e-mail address)
