Disgusted tablet not delivered to me!

Ordered a tablet in december for my daughter for xmas, everyday we at home waiting for delivery but nothing! Phoned them on monday 6th of jan 2014 they said it had been delivered on the 3rd jan (which it wasn't) phoned again today now they say its been delivered 24th dec! I have not signed for the phone so if anybody has received it, it wasn't me! And I'm always at home. I faxed in a avidavit stating that I have not received it nd they claim it has been delivered along with 10 of my signages. If it has been delivered to wrong adress I am not paying! I'm over 60 years of age and I've been supporting homechoice for years. I don't need this stress. Fix Fonechoice's mess or the courier services mess. Its unacceptable and If it doesn't get sorted out now! I won't support homechoice and fonechoice anymore. Each and every call centre agent gives me a different story. I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN CHARGE!!! But I think this is the courier services fault whoever signed for it did not show my I'd and not my signature and either took it for themselves or wrong address! Disgusted.
