My problem is with the said organisation and the contract entered into for duration 60 months. Option in terms of format and as authorised by my admin manager was for fixed or variable rate. Another page contains in small print an escalation factor of 15% per annum. Various attempts to disengage have fallen on deaf ears. Representative when confronted concurred with me that the nature of the contract could be misleading if not properly defined. Eventually made contact with senior representative Mr Stefan Stander - [Email Removed] - on Monday the 11 November who took note of concern and undertook to revert the following morning. I am still waiting. My main concern albeit i am contractually bound is to make consumers and business entities alike aware of pitfalls and with reference to contracts and small print. In my case I would believe that an arrangement could have been initiated by Nashua and given the absolute ambiguity and misrepresentation of their contract format. The attitude is tantamount to nothing short of disdain and contempt.
