No Customer Service

We had a function in the week and another hiring company let us down. We've personally went to Mukhtar Hiring Service to place an order for hiring of items. Even though we were supposed to place an order two weeks in advance, we were assured that they were able to deliver. On delivery date, we were put on hold for over an hour, as after 6 hours after expected delivery time, they did not deliver. We had to drive to them for assistance as their phones only rang. We found chipped glasses that we could not use when going through the items as well as dirty bistros covers that we had to send to dry cleaners. The day after function, we had to phone them again on numerous occasions to collect their stuff which they only collected two days after. The manager and staff does not know what costumer service means as we had to phone after them and we did not get concrete feedback. I'm totally disgusted by their unprofessionalism and would not recommend them at all. If they were not able to assist us, we could've gone to another supplier. We're still waiting on the manager or owner to respond to our complaint or at least provide an after service of how they can improve but nothing.
