HOW IS NASHUA MOBILE STILL IN BUSINESS?!!!

This is the THIRD time i post on this site without getting someone to phone me back and discus the situation.

I requested a R50 call limit (Anytime200) and as stated in my contract, and as it was explained to me by Shelley Ann Daniels, i would get a sms stating ive used 80% of my usage and if 100% is used it would get softlocked.

My bill is over R 3 000.

Ive got numerous reference numbers, people ive spoken to and they said the limit was NEVER ACTIVATED. Which is Nashua Mobile's fault. Ive been struggling for MORE THAN A MONTH & A HALF now to get someone to credit me back my money and my phone has been softlocked since the 6 November. They are so quick to sell you a contract, but doesnt give a about the customer if something goes wrong.

I am DISGUSTED in Nashua Mobile's lack of concern. Ive been waiting for the Regional Manager to get back to me since the 26 November and even the Team Leader said maybe ill be able to get it sorted quicker if i post on hello peter.

If that is the attitude of the leader (whom obviousely do not have much hope for a reply from the Regional Manager) - then what to do?

I've been warned against Nashua, now i know better and will do the same!!!
