Unprofessional and Misleading

Myself and my wife got married on 08/12/12 and of course we were looking for the perfect photographer. We then decided to use Roberta De lilly as her work on her blog seemed absolutely beautiful. Before the wedding my wife specifically informed her to focus on a few things that was important to us however this was not fulfilled - We received our photos 6 months later and it was not up to standard to the way we wanted - Roberta also has a photo book in her packages which we thought would make up for the weak photos she took however the book was not up to standard as well - For the cost she charges its totally not worth it - I am so disgusted in her work and unprofessional-ism. We then tried arranging a meeting with her to confront her regarding how we feel and she blatantly declined. I would never recommend her services to anyone as this was the worse experience we had to go through in terms of our wedding.
