Threatened with violence by a Kodak employee

I had gone to the Kodak store to print a photo. The photo was on pdf format and I asked Lorence if they did pdf, he just said no, try somewhere else. The other print shop was closed so I returned to kodak to see if they could just sell me the gloss paper. lorence had a bad attitude from the beginning. The manager advised me to go to the internet cafe and convert it to the required format then come back and they will print it.

So i did this... upon returning to the kodak for the 3rd time, lorence was sitng down and the manager had left. When i entered he didnt get up to assist me. I went to him and told him that i had converted it to jpeg, he tells me why do i have a bad attitude and i keep returning to the shop? In the arguement he threatens to smack me in the shop in front of all the customers and refuses to help me.

I believe this was a total lack of respect and dignity shown to me. I hope someone from Kodak SA sees this and does something about it.
