Unauthorized cost added and pathetic service!

On the 1 November account an amount of R245 was added for 2 GB recurring HYB. I never authorized this nor requested this.
I immediately contacted Francois Ackerman at the Durbanville branch where I took out the contracts. He confirmed that it should not have been added to my account and that it is not included in my contract. He undertook to sort it out.
On 1 December it was still on my account. I phoned Francois again. He undertook again to sort it out and to revert back to me. He did not contact me. He also did not respond to messages that I left with his colleague. When I got hold of him, he had the silly excuse that he lost my contact details! He then sent me a form that I completed. He again undertook to sort it out and that I would be refunded about two weeks ago.
Needless to say - nothing happened.
The same amount was deducted from my bank account again this month!
This on the part of Nashua to just add costs to your account and then not to remove it when it is brought to their attention.
I will terminate my two contracts with Nashua when the contracts end in a few months and I will definitely not do business with them again!
