Good fellas are overwhelmed

Good fellas is unable to deliver on a busy night. My husband prebooked a driver for collection in Rivonia at 11:30pm. Its 1:30am and he has been told now to expect collection at 3:30pm. That's 4 hours late collection!! So he has left his function and has to wait in his car since 11:30pm, hoping they'll actually arrive? While I, his wife, sit stressing at home. He is a soft target for hijacking or mugging. And Good fellas didn't even contact him to inform him of a delay! Good fellas is unreliable and unsafe on a busy night. They take on more than they can handle and leave their customers waiting dangerously while call centre agents are left powerless to do anything to assist. I call that greed and negligence. Don't take on a job or make a promise you are unable to deliver on.
