Update on my Good Fellas Complaint

Goodfellas have been in contact and have assured me their driver had his license for over 5 years and the card issue notice they sent me was for a renewal and not a new license.

They are still investigating my complaint and will confirm if I am eligible for the R2, 500 gesture of good will or not.
