After waiting 20 minutes for the driver to arrive, they tell us that we will need to wait a further 20 minutes because there has been a "misunderstanding". This company is quick to charge you an extra 60 bucks when you ask them to pick you up after 2 but when they make you wait till 3 in the morning, there is no problem... Had too many issues with this company, think I better cancel my contract.
