Hi Had booked a supercar gift experience for my husband for his birthday in April, Claire cancelled our booking at the last minute as the cars were not available. I got my refund and she assured me that I would be the first to know when their cars are available. When booking opened again in August, I booked again and today 04 December I receive an e-mail stating that my booking has been cancelled again! They inefficient with their service and no-one is ever at the office to take your call. Gift experience is a! They make you pay months in advance then at the last minute they cancel. They sit with your hard earned money for months knowing they will at the last minute they will cancel.
