Our company booked 5 single rooms for customers on Tuesday, 09JUL13 with Nicky.
Nicky, in a telephone conversation indicated to my staff member that unless the booking was paid by the Wednesday, the booking would be cancelled.
In principle, I understood this and withe the payment still needing to follow a corporate process, I was happy to allow it to go through on the Thursday, 11JUL13 and subsequently ask for fresh dates.
On enquiry to Nicky on today, Friday, 12JUL13 to advise the new dates, she advised that if we want to now change the booking, it would mean a cancellation fee (100% loss) since the booking was cancelled on the day and she had arranged the therapist - how could the therapist be arranged for a cancelled booking because of non/late payment..
Most certainly this stinks since 5 customers of ours which made alternative arrangements because of the "cancellation" were not able to meet the arrangements this evening.
I ended up at last minute getting people to at least "use" the booking to avoid a 100% loss.
last year I booked my wife and a few friends in here for a day, however this company does surely not understand business.
