CANCELLATION OF TRIAL MEMBERSHIP 712993

Memberhip: 712993 - CANCEL! Signed with Flexi Club for a TRIAL membership at their Langebaan Myconos Branch on the 8th of Jan 2013. We were given a mid-week "Gift" accommodation voucher to use at Club Myconos. Called "reservations" Jan13, to make a booking for the end of March and was told that Myconos was fully booked until July 2013. Friends who had made their booking for the same week, called Myconos and they had rooms available. We then called Flexi club asking why we could not get a booking and were passed around from one person to the next - After 2 months of this we decided to cancel! We sent through the cancellation email on 8 April 2013 explaining that we had received no service or assistance at all and that we were ignored for 2 months. We then received an email saying that they feared our cancellation was financially motivated and that they would then increase our TRIAL membership contract from 12 months to 36 months and we could not cancel - our consultant assured us that we could cancel at ANY time! 3 Weeks in and we have had to follow up. Were told today it has to go through Board of Trustees. Still no cancellation in sight
