I booked with Last Minute Travels to stay at Drakensburg Gardens Golf and Spa Resort in June 2013. These details where found on a website - [URL Removed], which now does not exist.
I was required to pay a 50% deposit to Last Minute Travels to confirm my booking and the balance on arrival. A week before our arrival, upon calling the resort, for the spa information, I found out that there was no confirmation of my booking as Bianca Enslin (reservation agent of Last Minute Travels and probably the owner) did not transfer the deposit to the resort nor did she refund me to date. She has my money.
