Dishonesty

I got a booking for the 29th with Solly to repair my windows due to the storm disaster, i called him to confirm he said he'll be at my house around 7:00 Friday evening. I waited he never showed up, until i contacted him on Saturday, he said he'll come the following day on Sunday evening. I contacted him on Sunday afternoon to confirm, he answered then got cut off, when i tried again and his phone was off. On monday i contacted him he said he'll come in the evening, he came around 21:45 to do the measurements then said he'll come to do the repairs the following day. I contacted him on Tuesday he postponed to Wednesday, he even said they'll do it during the day that we shouldn't lock the gates. i left my gates the whole day Wednesday and he never showed up, i contacted him and he wanted to postpone again i then said he must just forget it. He should atleast notified me that he has a long list and that he will not assist me as soon. Instead he kept on giving me hope and never delivered.
