We accepted a quote for office dividers on 30/09/2013 (turn around time of 4 weeks). The dividers was only delivered to my office 26/11/2013 after having to follow up with the sales person many many many times. I had to email every time, he never bothered to email me unless I emailed him. After it was delivered they told us to phone them to have it installed (don't know why they didn't do it when they delivered). Friday 29/11/2013 they came to install only to find that they brought the wrong connectors. I was told they would come back Monday 02/12/2013. A new crew arrived 02/12/2013 only to tell us they yet again brought the wrong connectors (same as last). This is really beyond pathetic!!! WE WERE EXPECTING MORE SEEING THAT WE PAID THROUGH OUR NOSES FOR THE DIVIDERS!!! Sooo disappointed. Never never again!!
