Take my money but don't deliver, may work for you

I spent R40k on office furniture with an understanding that all should be delivered and installed on 01/03/3013. Most was delivered but key elements were not delivered preventing a full installation, by arrangement 03/03/2013 was agreed as completion timeline. To date I am still without my key elements, my installation is incomplete and all the packaging material that should have been collected has been ignored. Both salesman and store manager take no ownership. Pathetic!!!

Warning to all who intend making large purchases from Waltons - only buy what you can carry out of the store.
