Supplier takes payment but doesn't complete jo

This supplier appeared to start off well, and arrived at our home on wednesday 27 November as promised, but his communication after his first visit left a lot to be desired. After promising to return with a part for our LG washing machine the same day, I had to call several times before reaching him to find out that he wasn't returning that day, leaving a washing machine in pieces in our kitchen. He came back on 28 Nov and replaced the part and demanded his payment via sms. Having arrived home late that night after a storm i did not put a load of washing in to check if everything was in order as it was still raining. He started texting again before 8am the next morning chasing his payment, which I made shorty after 8am. When we got home that evening we noticed water pouring out of the machine, even when the machine was not in use. He promised to come around today, 02 December but we had to chase incessantly to get him to the property. He was in such a hurry to leave that he didn't actually fix the problem he created (this problem was not present before he worked on the machine) and he refuses to take calls or respond to messages now. Stay away from this business at all costs.
