Appalled by the bad service

I ordered celphone on the 26/09/2013 and was assured it will be delivered on the 04/10/2013 I called the Trade route branch on Friday to confirm if it has been delivered and it was not, I made a number of calls to the internet sales department only to be told it will be delivered on Monday. Yesterday I got an email confirming it will be delivered on Thursday only, almost a week later. What frustrates me is that I was assured it will be delievered on a certain date and it was not more so I had to make the calls to everyone no one bothered to call me even when I was promised a call. Noni sent me 3 emails and 1 sms no calls though. More so I needed to go to the mall for something else and put it on hold till Friday which was the last day and thought I could do both, now I have to waste my money and time to make another trip to the mall. This is really UNACCEPTABLE
