No service, or any phone call

Yesterday 11/02/2013, I went to Music MateShop 10B Lifestyle CornerCnr Nic Diedrichs & Florin Rd Wilgeheuwel, time was 09h16, on my arrival I make contact with a salesman Ruan, who helped me before.

I want to replace my BASE BINS Speakon Connectors, I got all the info and codes, ect of the spares, I even showed him two photo's, so my homework was done I was prepared when I walked into the Shop.

He helped me and told me he knows exactly how the speakon's work, and they will be able to solder it onto the little pc board, but he will get back to me on the speakon connectors, ect, yesterday there was no phone call from him, I phoned him 12/02/2013 at 08h53, I ask him about the connectors, he told me, the one I want they can't get he is still working on it and will keep me updated, I am still waiting, for feedback.

I mean to find 8 Speakon 4 pole chassis connectors, and he got the code I gave him, and I know they have more then one supplier, THEY CAN HELP ME IN A COUPLE OF MINUTES, THEY NOT SO BUSY, OR IS R300- R400 NOT BUSSINES FOR THEM, MUST I WALK IN THERE AND BUY FOR THOUSANDS OF RANDS THEN I'M COUNTING AS A CLIENT.

It seems if they don't need bussines, well good for them.
