Back to School order takes 6 weeks!!

During the 1st week of December 2012, thinking I will prepare in advance, I ordered all my children's school supplies for 2013. On 3 January, I called Waltons to find out where my stuff was & was told that they are not sure, that they would look into it & call me back. The next day, after no reply, I yet again called the same woman, who seemed to not remember my phonecall from the previous day & after explaining again, she, yet again said she would look into it & call me back.By Monday, 7th January, having had no word from Waltons, I again called & the lady told me that obviously my order had gotten lost at head office & that I should send it again, which I did. She assured me that I would receive all my stock on Friday, 11th January.By 13h00 on Friday, 11th, I called the rep for our area directly. The rep told me that half my order was out of stock, but the balance should've been delivered. I called around to all the possible places it could've been delivered- guess what?? No delivery. Only to discover that my order has been placed on hold until new stocks arrive?! In the meantime, my children start school next week with no school supplies because of Waltons' incompetence!!!
