Brilliant turn around from DHL

Ordered something on Amazon last Thursday (2/5/2013). Was shipped immediately and delivered today (7/5/2013). I received an SMS on the Saturday (4/5/2013) asking me to email Michelle Potgieter as my parcel was awaiting customs clearance. I emailed her that day and she replied within 20 minutes asking for my ID number. Unfortunately I didn't see this email as it went to my junk folder. DHL was on the ball anyway and called me on the Monday (6/5/2013) evening asking for my ID number (unfortunately I was on my cellphone and couldn't hear the name of the person calling me but he was very helpful). We received a request for payment this morning, paid it by 9 am and had it delivered before 1 pm! And the delivery man was extremely friendly and professional.

Thank you to all involved. It was a first time experience for me and made a huge impact!
