Three issues not received to date!!!

I have not received my Oct, Nov and now Dec issues for Cosmopolitan. I called On the Dot 2 weeks ago and i was told my complaint was lodged and will be investigated and I will receive my issues within 24-48 hours... Oh well. Clara told me my address was the issue, which is strange because i received an issue or 2 using the same address, nonetheless we "corrected" my address and that's when she made the 24-48 hour promise.

I still haven't received these issues and i believe the Dec issue is also out and i don't have that too. What makes me angry is that i have PAID for these magazines already, so why am I not getting them???

I called again yesterday morning, I was told Clara was busy on the phone and she would call me back once she was done, and I am still waiting for that phonecall.

WHERE ARE MY MAGAZINES??? CAN SOMEONE CALL ME PLEASE???

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOUASK ME!

Life was sooooo much better when i went to the shop and just got my Cosmo off the shelves. So much for "CONVENIENCE"...
