I have a 1 year subscription for the Cosmopolitan magazine and I usually receive the magazine around the 20th of every month. However, I have still not received my FEB Issue. I am utterly disappointed and appalled at their service. Firstly, On the Dot had not kept to their promises in terms of delivering the magazine within the time frame they had given me. Secondly, it is rather rude and unprofessional of them to expect the customer to email/call them to make sure that they have done their job in delivering the magazine within the time frame that they have given me (within 24 hours and then 48 hours)! On the Dot should have at least called me to apologize for the non-delivery and should also be calling me to check that I have received my magazine! I have also received no explanation as to why my magazine wasn't delivered. I hope that you will give this matter your urgent attention as I am utterly frustrated at the service I have received thus far. It is even more disappointing to seeing COSMO on the shelves in stores. On the Dot is incompetent, I cant wait for my SUBS to end, cz then i can get the Mag off the shelves. You are making COSMO look bad, I don't why they changed Ramsay.
