DID NOT RECEIVE MAGAZINES AGAIN!!!

I filed a complain regarding no delivery of my cosmopolitan magazines last month! i received them after complaining, with extra copies of the previous issues. what must i do with 2 copies of each magazine.??? they could have at least given a complimentary gift or extended my subscription or something but all i got was a repeat of issues.anyways, i thought this month i won't have any problems, but its already June 7th and i still haven't received my June issue, which by right should be here end of May. i'm sick and tired of waiting and waiting and filing complains upon complains, so now i DON"T want anymore copies from them and i want my money back. I paid the full subscription fee when i subscribed (not half) thinking i wont have any problems, but eish!!! i hope and trust that you'll will solve this problem. thanks!
