I bought my subscription on Group-on July 2012 and since then i have only received 2 issues. I called, I emailed and still no joy. I've heard a lot of people complaining about True Love not delivering magazines that are paid for.

can anyone who cares from there explain to us what is going on, why are we not receiving our magazines?
