Paid for nothing!!

I purchased credit via sms for R5, my account remained at the same amount before my purchase. The money was immediately deducted from my air time, but my credits were not topped up. Two days later I emailed them asking for assistance, with no reply, and again 5 days later. Its a week later now and I have not received assistance or my credits. IT IS!
