Incorrect Deduction of my Credits

Firstly I tried to purchase the movie tickets on my credits for some reason the system refuse to allow this purchase even though I have over R500 credits. I then sent them an email with no response. I tried again to purchase Tomato watch one in orange and one in black. I had to do these purchase separately due to the colour. The transaction for the orange watch went through yet the black did not. I then looked at my credits and had no funds available. This watch was advertised for R249. I tried calling the helpdesk held on for 8 minutes the first time and was cut off prior to the agent taking my call. I tried again this time the agent responded yet kept me on hold for over 17 minutes. I then emailed them as I needed to leave. Still no response. Now I have a watch for one child and none for the other. Frustrating Service!!! Please help
