Poor quality overalls and terrible service

Our company ordered a large quantity of overalls from National Overalls. After we received the order and complained about the quality of the material and stitching (the overalls literally came apart at the seams from the first time they were worn), we were informed that it was not their problem that we had ordered a "cheap" product.

Angelo came to see us and made numerous promises, which have not materialised. National Overalls collected and returned the overalls twice since June 2013, but each time, they only repaired a couple of items. The rest were left as is (not sure if they hoped we wouldn't notice?). It's now November and the matter still isn't resolved.

There's no communication between the owner (Angelo), his salesperson (Jaco - who is rude and has zero customer relationship skills) and May (who is constantly on sick leave). We're pretty much going to have to purchase new overalls elsewhere, because they're just refusing to take any responsibility for the matter.

Please don't buy from this company!
