Nyati Wedding Village
Not a good experience at Nyati

It is supposed to be the happiest day of your life, unfortunately this was not my experience at Nyati. The day of the wedding my venue was set in the completely wrong colour, i was told i signed for this (still waiting for the paper where is signed for this). I arrived at the guest house at the agreed time that i had booked for to find people from the night before in the house, i was told i never booked it for that time (despite email confirmation that i have), the basin in the bridal suite was leaking, this was still not repaired when we left the next morning, the food was cold, the waiters were dressed in plastic overalls covered in food. The management of this venue have a less then tactful approach when dealing with people. This was just a down right dissapointing experience. The venue itself if beautiful however the mismanagement of the venue makes this is very unpleasant experience.
