Extremely Poor Service & Bad Quality Products

I ordered 2 micro-fibre bath skirts online and once I received it, I immediately noticed the extremely poor quality of the product. I contacted Lerato the same day to inform her that the product is of poor quality and that I would like to return it for a full refund. She informed me that I am only allowed to get credit from DEALCLICK and no refunds will be made. She also informed me that I am responsible for returning the goods. I referred Lerato to our Consumer Protection act and that her company is contravening this act by not giving clients refunds. There-after Gugu informed me that they will try and arrange a refund from some other company as they are "just the intermediary company". I did inform her that they should take responsibility of the products they sell and that it should not be the clients problem how they arrange a refund. I almost gave up hope and decided that Houghton, Johannesburg is too far for me to drive. I tried to use the product yesterday morning. Apart from the quality of the material being so absolutely poor, the button fell off and I haven't even used it Yet. You and your company should take responsibility for what you sell! Stop with your excuses!
