Raw meat out of a private trailer into shop

Carcasses being carried into the butchery by the staff. They where been taken out of a private trailer which was hooked to a 4x4 vehicle and where wrapped in industrial green plastic sheeting. The store assistant that was carrying my shopping called out to the staff and asked them if they were carrying in donkey meat.
A) it is unprofessional to buy products from private individuals selling out of their trailer - if it was private hunting trip how does he know that they had the appropriate permits. B) The meat was in a normal trailer not kept cool C) there was blood being messed in the car park. D) It was done in plain sight of the public, the store hands where in normal clothes covered with blue overalls no gloves or gum boots. I think it is despicable that in the height of all the unethical butchering, poaching and mixing of donkey meat in with beef that a once reputable butchery has stooped to these levels. What's next-can we expect that you will be buying meat off the street markets, which might be dog, cat or whatever else? SIS! Even worse that individuals can go on their manly repugnant hunting trips-kill game as they wish and then flog it to the nearest shrewd butcher.
