Tired of waiting

My front loader LG washing machine broke a month ago and it took them 3 weeks to send a technician over, when he came he inspected the machine and had to take it with him so that they can fix whatever was wrong. They promise to bring the machine after a week and its been two weeks now, I can't wait any longer because I'm shift worker and I don't have time to wash my overalls and other clothes for my family so I have to take other dirty clothes like overalls to the laundry. If LG cannot fix my washing they should replace it with the new one.
