Builders doesn't care about selling faulty goods

I had bought various items at Builders, among which were clamps, a caulking gun, and overalls. The overall pants tore and the caulking gun broke the FIRST time I used them, and one clamp broke the SECOND time I used it!

When I went to return/exchange the items, I was told in the rudest possible manner that I essentially should get stuffed and that Builders doesn't give a about the fact that they sold me faulty goods. The supposed "manager", who had no people skills whatsoever and was one of the most apathetic people I have ever met, brushed me off within 2 seconds of meeting me. She did not bother to take the time to hear what my concerns were, nor did she bother to investigate all the facts properly. It was as though the fact that she had to deal with customers was a huge inconvenience to her, and she would rather just have sat around and done nothing instead of assisting me.

I was also told that since it had been 14 days since I purchased SOME of the items, not ALL, I could not exchange them. Thus, Builders only guarantees their stock for 14 days?!?!

Clearly Builders has no interest in customer satisfaction nor in providing quality products and good service!
