I have now cancelled an order I made on 28 November 2012 for 4 overalls for my company.
I get told this morning that the order was never received, even though the shoes that I ordered on the same letterhead were delivered the very next day.

The order was never placed. This is not the first time. Friday I received a delivery of goods that were ordered on 12 November.

This is the worst service I have ever received. Pienaar Bros offers no excuse for their poor service. No apology and they don't phone back when a query is made. Why are they still around???
