A week ago I received a telephone call, last Friday, confirming that my claim has been processed, that it is successful and in final stages of pay-out. This week, about Monday/Tuesday, Siphiwe who was assigned to my case since I complaint about poor service from Beatrice who has no clue about the difference between an airline ticket and an itinerary, Siphiwe phoned me in order for me to sent copy of the Medical report from my visit to the hospital. The correspondents over here (Dynamic Assist) I spoke to Steven, he phoned me the week prior and requested the very same, so I forwarded it to Steve, he then confirmed that they will submit it to Europ Assist, which they did, since he sent me a confirmation mail. Why did Siphiwe request this from me, why should I do Europ Assist's job for them, is their job not to properly wake up and communicate sufficiently with Dynamic Assist? Wow Wow Wow. Then Siphiwe had an attitude with me on the phone after I asked whether they don't communicate with Dynamic Assist and why I should keep on forwarding mails for their convenience?? Not even the Team Leader can assist me in a proper way and thank I have each call I received recorded!!
